The redesigned platform launched in 2021, one of the most challenging years for travel but it still delivered a measurably better experience: a shorter path-to-purchase, smarter accommodation suggestions, real-time pricing, and a fully responsive design across every device. The ERP integration unified front-end bookings with back-office operations in real time, while the advanced search logic significantly increased the chance of a booking being completed even when the first-choice option was unavailable.
